Welcome To Forest Conservation Botswana (FCB)
The Tropical Forest Conservation Act (TFCA) was enacted in 1998 by the United States Government (USG) to offer developing countries options to relieve certain eligible debt owed to the United States, while at the same time providing funds, in local currency, to support Tropical Forest Conservation activities. In addition to forest conservation and debt relief, the TFCA is intended to strengthen civil society by giving small grants to NGOs and local communities.
